Beach Access: Across the street is public beach access.
According to Lincoln City Ordinance Laws, the fire-pit in the backyard may NOT be used at any time; the wood burning stove in the bungalow may NOT be used at any time. The gas fireplace in the Living Room is not operable at this time.
