Choosing the Perfect Room

The Inn at Otter Crest offers you a choice of four room types:

Lofts, Studios, Mini-Suites and Guest Rooms

Every Unit at The Inn at Otter Crest is unique; however, there are four basic Unit types. Some Unit types feature a separate living and dining area; some unit types have a full kitchen and log-burning fireplace (composite logs only); other Unit types do not. The differences are summarized in the Unit type descriptions below.  All Units have private balconies for your viewing pleasure and enhanced enjoyment of the magnificent Pacific Ocean and Oregon coastline.



ADJOINING ROOMS:
One-bedroom suites can be created by connecting a Studio and Guest Room. Two-bedroom suites can be created by connecting a Loft Suite with either a Mini-Suite or Guest Room.

STANDARD UNIT AMENITIES:  All Units at The Inn at Otter Crest Unit include the following amenities: Private balcony,  Bed linens and towels, Tub-shower combination, Refrigerator, Coffee maker, Ironing board and iron, Television/s, Cable TV, High-speed wireless internet access, Telephone and voice mail, and Hair dryer.  Most Units also have a microwave and DVD player. Some Units have a washer and dryer.

LOFT AND STUDIO UNIT AMENITIES:  In addition to the standard amenities listed above, Loft and Studio Units also have the following amenities: Log fireplace (composite logs only), Fully equipped kitchen, including microwave, stove-oven, dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, flatware (service for 4-6 persons, based on maximum occupancy). Some Loft and Studio Units may also provide a toaster, toaster oven, blender, hand mixer, serving trays and other special kitchen cookware and utensils.

Loft Suites


The Loft unit living area boasts a log fireplace, full kitchen and dining area. Most Loft Suites also have a powder room (half-bathroom) on the living area level in addition to the full bathroom upstairs; however, some Loft units only have the 1 upstairs bathroom. The upstairs loft bedroom may have one bed (King or Queen-size) or it may have 2 beds (King & Queen = KQ; Queen & Queen = QQ; and King & Full = KF). Some loft units also have a sofa sleeper in the living room. Depending on your accommodation needs, you may choose a Loft unit that sleep 2, 4 or 6 guests, making this unit ideal for families or the perfect  romantic honeymoon suite.

Studios 

A Studio consists of a  bright and spacious living room with a log fireplace (composite logs only) and queen-size Murphy bed, plus full kitchen and dining area, this cozy accommodation is ideal for one or two guests. There are currently 2 Studio units that accommodate up to 4 guests by providing an additional sofa sleeper.

Mini-Suites


All Mini-Suites are located on upper floors and have preferred views of the magnificent Pacific Ocean and spectacular Oregon coast. Mini-Suites have a King or Queen-size bed in the separate bedroom.  Most Mini-Suites also have a sleeper sofa in the sitting area, well-suited for two or four guests.  Mini-Suites do not have a fireplace or full kitchen.

Guest Rooms


Some Guest Rooms are furnished with 1 Bed, either King or Queen; other Guest Rooms are furnished with 2 beds, either 1 King and 1 Queen, or 2 Queens or 2 Full-size beds. You may select the Guest Room that has the appropriate number of beds and preferred bed sizes. Guest Rooms will comfortably accommodate one to four guests.  Guest Rooms do not have a fireplace or a full kitchen or a dining area.
